Accessibility statement
As of: 2026-10-06
We want everyone to be able to use TesseraFlow. We publish this statement voluntarily. It names the places where the website and the application are not yet accessible today.
1. Scope
This statement covers the website tesseraflow.de and the TesseraFlow application, which you open at your company's address on tesseraflow.app.
2. Where we stand
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. The website and the application partially meet these requirements. The known limitations are listed below. Where there is another way, we name it.
3. Known limitations on the website
- The orange buttons and some orange notices in the request form have slightly less contrast than WCAG requires for normal text. Required fields are also marked in text, and screen readers announce the messages.
- The bars in the two plan previews on the home page can only be moved with a mouse. When you highlight a project there, the other bars and the absences appear pale on purpose. Screen readers receive a description of the previews.
4. Known limitations in the application
- Creating and editing tasks in the plan is not possible by keyboard. Moving tasks and drawing dependencies only works with a mouse, and so does copying tasks. With a keyboard you can reach the tasks and open their details with the Enter key. On a tablet a double tap opens editing, but nothing can be moved there.
- Keyboard use within the plan itself is limited. The individual days cannot be reached with the Tab key. In the toolbar almost every button is a separate Tab stop.
- Absences in the plan cannot be reached by keyboard and are not announced to screen readers. If they fill the whole row height, a task can cover their label. Planners also see all absences on the Leaves page in the administration.
- In some views the contrast is below the target. This affects tasks and absences that appear pale on purpose while a filter is active, and the orange button on the billing page. For tasks, the details are also in the tooltip and are announced to screen readers.
5. How we test
Before every release, automated tests check the main pages of the website and the application for known barriers. New screens also get a targeted review before release. This statement is based on these checks and on our own assessment.
6. Report a barrier
If you run into a barrier that is not listed here, or need information in another form, write to us at support@tesseraflow.de. We will get back to you and look for a way together. We use what you tell us, for example about an impairment of your own, only to handle your report.
