Pricing questions
What is the price based on?
On the resource package you book. Resources are staff, externals and equipment that appear in the grid. The monthly price is fixed, no matter how many resources you actually create within your package. If you need more than 50, talk to us.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 30-day trial is free and needs no payment details. We set your access up for you and activate it, usually within one business day.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. We get in touch with you in good time and switch your access to read-only after the trial ends, until you have decided whether to continue. Your data is preserved in the meantime.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. On request we hand it over to you when your contract ends; afterwards we delete it completely in line with GDPR. There is no silent lock-in, you can get your data back at any time.
